Finding Clarity in Spiritual Ascension
Over the past few years, there’s been a noticeable surge in conversations about spiritual vibration and rising into a higher state of consciousness. Many people I know have sensed a shift in what the world values, and some are even preparing for personal life changes shaped by these evolving perspectives. Whatever the reason behind this growing interest in spiritual ascension, one thing is clear: more people are paying attention than ever.
There are countless interpretations of what it means to elevate your spiritual vibration. Some reference Kundalini, others believe consistent meditation is the path, and some say a connection with God is the only true route. There’s even the view that spiritual ascension mirrors the rise of Gaia, the earth itself, as understood in druidic tradition.
My own spiritual evolution, after years of meditation and loosely embracing earth‑based beliefs, has ultimately led me back to God. It surprised me too. For a long time, I believed every viewpoint held pieces of truth, each offering insight while missing something else — all simultaneously right and wrong, yet meaningful to anyone who uses them to grow. But over time, I realised that blending the Word of God with pagan beliefs didn’t bring clarity. The more I learnt about the origins and rituals of paganism, the more I understood that this path wasn’t elevating my vibration at all.
Signs You’re Raising Your Vibrational Frequency
How can we tell if we’re moving towards a higher spiritual awareness? There are subtle shifts in our thoughts, perceptions, and actions that can indicate we’re on the path to raising our vibrational frequency.
1. How you see the world
A key sign is the way you perceive others. If you feel a sense of superiority over those who haven’t awakened, it may indicate that your own understanding is still developing. Recognising a higher consciousness or divine presence in life is less about comparison and more about how we can improve ourselves and positively impact those around us.
2. How you see yourself
Another sign is your perspective on life. If the world feels purely material, mundane, or disconnected, it may suggest your awareness is still limited. Conversely, seeing yourself as a spiritual being having a human experience, and appreciating the beauty and light in all life, as well as the route to understanding through hardship, often reflects a deeper understanding and heightened vibrational state.
3. How you relate to others
Pay attention to your interactions. Approaching others with ego, or feeling compelled to prove them wrong, can indicate that growth is still underway. A higher vibrational frequency often manifests as focusing on your own growth by practising patience, and reducing the projection of negativity onto others.
4. Love and compassion
A strong marker of spiritual growth is the active practice of love, forgiveness, and compassion. Recognising life’s imperfections, including your own, as part of a larger, beautiful design allows you to engage with the world and others from a place of understanding and care. This openness reflects a rising vibrational frequency.
Ultimately, raising your vibrational frequency is a lifelong journey, shaped by self-reflection, learning from history, and practising virtues that deepen your connection to life and the higher consciousness guiding it.
