What is DHT?

Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is a hormone. Your body converts testosterone to DHT with the help of enzymes held in the oil glands of your hair follicles.

1. Shake before each use. The powder naturally settles over time. If it feels compacted, tap your bottle firmly on the top, bottom, and sides, then shake well to loosen. For best results, use a folded tea towel over a chopping board as your tapping surface.

2. Shake a small amount of the shampoo powder onto your palm, which should already be wet from the shower. The amount you need will depend on your hair type and length. For shoulder-length, thick hair, try a 50p coin size.

3. Rub hands together to form a paste. Your hands should be wet enough to get it going, don't add additional water to the powder.

4. Lather the paste onto roots of wet hair for 1-2 minutes. Rinse as usual. Follow with conditioner.

Keep contents dry. Avoid contact with eyes. For external use only. If irritation occurs, please discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children.
