Rewards Club FAQs
Each time you make a purchase at awakeorganics.co.uk or complete other actions designated by us, like placing an order, you will earn reward points. Please note that points for reviews are awarded when you submit a review via the email request we send after purchase.
We award 1 point for every £1 /$1 spent, excluding shipping.
Reward points will be added to your account balance 7 days after your order is placed.
Reward Points are exchanged for a discount voucher that you can use at checkout. You will be able to redeem your points by making your choice under the Redeem Rewards section above. Rewards that are available to you will be unlocked.
Make sure you are signed-up to our rewards club for access.
Reward Points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity means: not earning or redeeming points in the past 365 days.
As long as you engage in any activity that earns or uses Reward Points, such as making a purchase, or completing any action that qualifies to earn or redeem Reward Points, they will remain active.
When you convert your Reward Points to a voucher, the voucher will be valid for 60 days.
When you convert your Reward Points to a discount voucher it will be valid for 60 days.
You won't be able to combine your discount voucher with other discount codes or Bundles, and some products on offer may also be excluded (these are already discounted).
There is no minimum spend required to use your discount voucher. However, if your voucher is worth more than the items you have in your cart, you will forfeit part of your voucher.
The maximum discount voucher amount you can redeem is £30 per order. If you have more points, they will be held for you until you reach the next voucher threshold, or for your next order.
Should you decide to make a return within 30 days of receiving your order, we will return the associated reward points that were redeemed at the time of first purchase. We will also reclaim any reward points that were earned on returned and refunded products.
No, we will not be sending email reminders when points are due to expire. Please keep your account active over the course of 365 days to make sure your points are not wasted.
