- Payable on Delivery: UAE orders are shipped excluding import duties and taxes. Final charges, if applicable, are payable upon delivery to local customs or the delivery courier.

Returns & Exchanges
We’re here to help you feel healthy, happy, and confident. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our team asap to let us know.
For UK orders, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For international orders, refunds are available within 60 days of purchase.
Please Note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you're returning your entire order, please include any free gifts received, or the value of those items may be deducted from your refund. Returns must be received within the timeframes provided. Exchanges, store credit, and gift card purchases are final.

Please send unwanted products to the address below. Include your full name and the email address used for your order inside the parcel, this helps us process your return quickly. We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

3. Secure Your Parcel
Returns must be securely packed and include all original packaging where possible. We’re unable to accept items that arrive damaged, such as broken glass or leaking containers, so please take extra care when preparing your parcel.
4. Empty Products Policy
If over 50% of a product has been used, we may review the return and adjust the refund accordingly. This helps prevent misuse of our returns policy, including cases where products were promptly emptied and returned. Thank you for your understanding.
5. Your Refund
We’ll email you once your return has been received and your refund processed. Most refunds appear quickly, but please allow up to 14 days for it to show on your bank
statement.

Your parcel must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on both the package and customs forms. Parcels not properly declared may be rejected or incur fees, which we’re unable to cover.
