Returns & Exchanges
Your happiness matters to us. Try our products with confidence, if they're not quite right, just reach out and return them within:
- 30 days for UK orders — for a refund or exchange
- 60 days for international orders — for a refund

Please send unwanted products to the address below. Include your full name and the email address used for your order inside the parcel, this helps us process your return quickly. We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.

3. Secure Your Parcel
Returns must be securely packed and include all original packaging where possible. We’re unable to accept items that arrive damaged, such as broken glass or leaking containers, so please take extra care when preparing your parcel.
4. Your Refund
We’ll email you once your return has been received and your refund processed. Most refunds appear quickly, but please allow up to 14 days for it to show on your bank
statement.
A quick note to keep things fair: we're unable to refund empty or near-empty items. If more than 75% of a product has been used, we may review the return and adjust the refund accordingly. If something isn't working for you, please get in touch early. We'd much rather help you find the right fit. Thanks so much for understanding.

Your parcel must be clearly marked as “Returned Goods” on both the package and customs forms. Parcels not properly declared may be rejected or incur fees, which we’re unable to cover.
