Your happiness matters to us. Try our products with confidence, if they're not quite right, just reach out and return it within:
- 30 days for UK orders — for a refund or exchange
- 60 days for international orders — for a refund
A few things to know:
- Customers cover return shipping; original shipping costs aren't refundable
- Returning your full order? Please include any free gifts, or their value will be deducted
- Returns must reach us within the 30/60-day window
- Exchanges, store credit, and gift cards are final
A quick note to keep things fair: we're unable to refund empty or near-empty items. If more than 75% of a product has been used, we may review the return and adjust the refund accordingly.
