FAQs
If you need to make a last-minute address change, please contact our team as soon as possible. If we receive your amendment before your parcel is packed on the dispatch trolley, we will do our very best to update it for you. Otherwise, it will be shipped to you as-is.
For UK customers, you may be able to update your order address via the tracking link we will send you. Royal Mail's "Update your delivery options" feature allows you to redirect a parcel to a different address after it has been shipped, provided you do so before the initial delivery attempt.

We currently ship internationally to EU countries (excluding Monaco and Cypress, sorry!).

No extra VAT or cross-border fees. What you pay at checkout is final.
EU Orders over €150
We don’t collect VAT on orders over €150. Your local customs office may charge VAT, duties, or fees on delivery. Please check your local import rules if you're unsure.
US Orders

We aim to dispatch same day if you order before 4pm GMT, Monday - Friday, excluding backorders, weekends and UK holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by busy periods or factors beyond our control.

We’re happy to offer either a refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery, whichever you prefer. Please note, original postage costs aren’t refundable. Exchanges, store credit, and gift card sales are final.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our team before sending anything back so we can assist you.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If you're returning your entire order, please include any free gifts received, or the value of those items may be deducted from your refund.
All exchanges, store credit, and gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
1. Package Your Return
Please send any unwanted products to the address below. Be sure to include your full name and the email address used for your order inside the parcel, this helps us process your return quickly. We strongly recommend using a tracked mail service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit.
2. Pack It Properly
Returns must be securely packed and include all original packaging. We’re unable to accept items that arrive damaged, such as broken glass or leaking containers, so please take extra care when preparing your parcel.
3. Used Products Policy
If more than 50% of a product has been used, we may review the return and adjust the refund accordingly. We’ve had to put this in place due to an increase in misuse of our returns policy, including cases where products were emptied and returned. Thank you for your understanding, this helps us keep things fair for everyone.
4. International Returns
If you're returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark your parcel and any customs forms as “Returned Goods.” This helps avoid unnecessary customs charges or delays. Parcels not properly declared may be rejected or incur fees, which we’re unable to cover.

5. Refunds
We’ll email you once your return has been received and your refund processed. Most refunds appear quickly, but please allow up to 14 days for it to show on your bank statement.
